The Cincinnati Rowing Foundation presented it's "Power 20th" Anniversary Celebration on Tuesday, January 29, 2002 at One River Boat Row on the Ohio River. The evening was a celebration of 20 years of rowing in Cincinnati with guest speakers Harry Parker, Head Coach at Harvard University and Kevin Sauer, Head Coach at the University of Virginia. Both coaches sharing their memories of the early days of Cincinnati rowing including the first Collegiate Championship Regattas. Tim Royalty, Head Coach of the University of Cincinnati Women's Varsity Rowing shared the architectural plans for the new UC Boathouse Project which will help pave the way for future years of rowing in Cincinnati. Thanks to the organizing committee, our guest speakers and all our sponsors for making this a spectacular evening. Here's to another 20 years!
